warning about proxy aggregators

most proxy aggregators out there are absolute slop factories. they'll brag about having "millions of proxies" in their lists but when you actually test them only around 1% actually work.... they just scrape everything they can find, dump it into a giant list and call it a day. no validation, no checking and no quality control.
